These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CloseTheOffer (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CloseTheOffer is a job-search dashboard that helps you track applications, prepare for interviews, and search job listings. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not misuse third-party integrations or scrape data in violation of a provider's terms.

4. Third-Party Services & API Keys

The Service lets you connect third-party providers (such as Google and job-board APIs) and supply your own API keys. Your use of those providers is governed by their terms, and you are responsible for any costs they charge. API keys you enter are stored in your browser and used to call those services directly from your device.

5. Subscriptions & Free Tier

The Service may offer free and paid tiers. Paid features, pricing, and billing terms are presented at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the job-search data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display that data so we can operate the Service for you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular job-search outcome, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party job listings or other external data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloseTheOffer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for operational reasons.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
